According to some dude, the server originated as a server owned by Aiden and joined by Banana and some dude in early 2020. They lived in an ice spikes biome. Money or DIE started in mid 2020 with just 3 members: Banana, somedude, and Connus Wonnus. This server lasted until December of the same year, though no screenshots have been found from the server.The next server was 1.1, which ran from 2021 to 2023. Not only was it long, but it was also an outlier as many strangers played on the server. Next came 1.2, the first I played on! Few screenshots remain, though some do, and can be found in the Gallery section. These images show the arrangement of the town, which was located in a snow biome, and the main remembered event of the server: WilderEmerson hacked the game! On February 23rd, 2024, Emerson was caught flying around the server and destroying some blocks. He was spotted by Dark, who took screenshots as evidence. The server had a court hearing, and sentenced Emerson to prison. The server ended in late March, followed by 1.3. This server is my favorite! It included many buildings in a desert town named Duneville. Some notable buildings include the courthouse and arena hybrid, palace, zoo, shops, and railway. The server ended in September as most people stopped logging on. Many screenshots can be found in the Gallery section! The next major Money or DIE server is coming, and it seems better than ever!
